SUMMARY:Uganda Mission Trip - June 2026
DESCRIPTION:Uganda Mission Trip\nJune 6–20\, 2026\nCost $3\,400 per person\nApplication Due: February 1\, 2026\nDeposit: $200 due 3/1 \nPurpose of the Trip:\nIt has been said that African faith is a mile wide\, but only an inch deep. This trip is designed to address that very problem. FBC members have the opportunity to serve our African brothers and sisters by sharing the faith in Christ Jesus. This hands-on service trip focuses on developing Christian families and churches in three distinct parts of Uganda. \nMinistry:\nOur ministry days will take place in Gulu\, Rakai\, and Kampala. We will work hard to positively impact the lives of children who have very little and teach them to believe what God says about them\, rather than the world. There will be time for open ministry to the Dinka and Madi children in refugee camps\, evangelism training in Kampala\, and VBS in Rakai. \nOther ministry activities include leading Bible studies\, teaching at the pastor’s college\, serving the blind\, sharing your testimony in a prison\, and distributing food packages to starving people. We will be sharing the Gospel wherever we go!

SUMMARY:Malawi Mission Trip - June 2026
DESCRIPTION:Malawi Mission Trip\nJune 16–30\, 2026\nCost $3\,200 per person\nApplication Due: February 1\, 2026\nDeposit: $500 due 3/16 \nPurpose of the Trip:\nThe purpose of the trip is to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ and to develop fully devoted followers of Christ. The trip will require two whole weeks. Four days are needed for travel time. One day will be dedicated to a community welcome\, and another day will be reserved for a farewell celebration and wrap-up with the Divine Mission Ministry Team. We plan for seven days of ministry work and one day of Sabbath rest. \nMinistry:\nWe are currently interacting with the Chewa people of Masinja 2 Village; however\, our goal is to work with the Yao people of Malawi\, an unreached people group according to the Joshua Project. What God has been doing in this location in the last few years is astounding. Any village Chiefs have come to faith in Christ. C members have been training these leaders to extend the Gospel to new villages and even regions in the days to come.
