DESCRIPTION:Easter Sunday at First Baptist\nService Times\nSunday\, April 5 \n8:00 AM9:30 AM11:00 AM \nFirst Baptist Church Boerne \nChildcare is available for birth to 4 years during all services. \n\nEvent Overview\nJoin us for Easter Sunday at First Baptist on April 5 as we celebrate the hope and joy of Jesus’ resurrection. \nOur Easter services will be a meaningful time of worship\, reflection\, and celebration as we remember Christ’s sacrifice and rejoice in the victory of the empty tomb. Whether you’ve been part of our church for years\, are searching for a church home\, or are simply curious about who Jesus is\, you are warmly invited. \nCome celebrate Easter with us and experience a welcoming community centered on the hope of the gospel. \nChurch members and regular attenders can also help make the day welcoming for guests by signing up to volunteer for Easter. \n\nWho It’s For\nEaster at First Baptist is for: \n\nIndividuals and families in our church community\nFriends and neighbors visiting for the first time\nAnyone exploring faith or curious about Jesus\nThose looking for a place to celebrate Easter together\n\n\nWhat to Expect\nEach service will include: \n\nWorship through music\nA message centered on the hope of Easter\nA welcoming environment for guests and families\n\nServices typically last about an hour. \n\nChildren\nChildcare is available for children from birth through age 4 in the Kids Building during all three services. No registration is required. \nFor children kindergarten and older\, activity books will be available as they enter the Worship Center. \n\nYouth (Grades 6–12)\nStudents are invited to serve across campus on Easter Sunday. It’s a great opportunity to welcome guests and help make the day meaningful for everyone attending. \nYouth can sign up to serve here. \n\nSpecial Needs (Side By Side Ministry)\nOur Side By Side Special Needs Ministry will host a Growth Group / Sunday School gathering at 9:30 AM in the Offices Building. \nThis allows parents and families to attend the Easter service knowing their loved ones are cared for in a supportive environment. \n\nVolunteer Opportunities\nVolunteers help create a welcoming experience for the many guests who will join us on Easter. \nHelp us welcome our community this Easter.If you’d like to serve during one of our Easter services\, sign up to volunteer for Easter. \nWays you can serve include: \n\nGreeting guests\nHospitality\nPhotography\nAssisting with children’s ministry\nHelping guests find their way around campus\n\n\nInvite a Friend\nEaster is a wonderful time to invite someone to church. DESCRIPTION:The Starlight Ball is a joyful evening centered on God’s love for people with special needs. Hosted by Side by Side\, a ministry of FBC Boerne\, this unforgettable night celebrates every guest as a treasured child of God. \n\n“I praise You because I am fearfully and wonderfully made.” — Psalm 139:14 (NIV) \n\n\nFor Our VIP Guests (Ages 14+)\nYou are our honored guest\, and this night is all about celebrating you. \n\nEnjoy:\nThe Glam Room (Hair and Makeup for ladies\, Shoeshines for men)\nA delicious dinner\nA limo ride\nA professional prom photo\nAn evening full of dancing\n\nThis event is open to individuals with special needs\, ages 14 and older. There is no cost to attend. \nImportant Details \n\nRegistration is required. No walk-ins will be available.\nCheck-in\, hair\, makeup\, and shoeshines begin at 5:30 PM.\nPlease bring ear protection if you are sensitive to loud noises.\nGuest information is shared only with the Medical Team and assigned Buddy.\n\nRegister as a VIP Guest\n  \n\n\nBecome a Buddy\nEach VIP Guest is paired with a one-on-one Buddy who shares the entire evening with them. This is one of the most meaningful ways to serve — offering friendship\, encouragement\, and celebration. \nRequirements: \n\nMust be at least 16 years old\nAttend mandatory training on April 11\, 2026\, at 4:00 PM\nBackground check required (if not already on file)\n\n\n“Love one another\, just as I have loved you.” — John 13:34 (NASB) \n\nSign Up to Serve as a Buddy\n  \n\nVolunteer With Us\nIt takes approximately 150 volunteers to make this night possible.
