Wednesdays at FBC – Spring 2026

May 06, 2026

Wednesdays at FBC are the perfect mid-week break for you, your family, and your neighbors to pause from the craziness of life and grow deeper in your faith.

DAYTIME

Join us for FBCWomen Spring 2025 Bible Studies on Wednesday mornings from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM in the Family Life Building starting January 14.

Session 1 (January 14 – March 4)

Often, idols are obvious—money, power, fame. But subtler idols can sometimes take the form of loved ones, social media, and busy seasons of work, motherhood, or ministry. But if your heart is prioritizing any of those pursuits before God, you’re missing the unrivaled joy and adventure of Jesus being your heart’s ultimate treasure. Learn to identify the functional gods you may be unknowingly serving and the lies they tell. As you dethrone your modern-day idols, you’ll be set free for the deeper, more abundant life Jesus came to give you—doing what no other god can.

Jennifer Rothschild explores the subject of Heaven from a biblical perspective. She will separate what’s true about Heaven from what’s based on legend, media depictions, and hopeful guesses. As you walk through the study, you’ll not only gain a deeper understanding of what God has prepared for His children but also learn how to live with confidence today as you look forward to the glorious unending that awaits. Don’t just wonder about Heaven—embrace it with a faith that turns anticipation into excitement and peace.

Jen Wilkin, Ruth Chou Simons, Kelly Minter, Adrienne Camp, Elizabeth Woodson, and Courtney Doctor invite you to place your feet firmly on the path of life revealed in the book of Proverbs. As you consider wisdom principles on everyday topics like words, work, friendship, marriage, parenting, neighborliness, money management, leadership influence, and more, you’ll discover the wisdom of Proverbs as an invitation to walk God’s way in God’s world steadily.

Spend both halves of the semester engaging with the Gospel of John. WORDview offers a unique approach to guide the reader into a refreshing, personal encounter with God Himself. The approach brings to life what John offers, providing a unique view into Jesus as the Son of God, and emphasizing the meaning of the significant events oinJesus’ life. Be transformed by intimate encounters in God’s Word.

Worship Choir

Multi-generational worship is edifying to everyone who participates and observes as songs of praise and testimony are sung, and the powerful truth of God’s Word is proclaimed. Our worship of God on Sunday mornings should be an overflow from our personal experiences with God during the week.

Be a part of the Worship Choir at rehearsals from 6:30 PM – 8 PM on Wednesdays in the Choir Hall behind the stage in the Worship Center.
