FBC Boerne is hiring a part-time Childcare Worker. We are looking for the right candidate to provide dependable, safe, secure, and nurturing care to the children while at our Church. Responsibilities include: providing age-appropriate care, which includes: feeding, changing diapers, escorting to the bathroom, maintaining a safe environment, holding, or sitting with and cheerfully interacting with children through games, stories, craft time, play, and prayer.
Hours include Sundays, Monday mornings, Wednesdays, as well as other special events.
Qualifications:
- Be a Christian.
- Have experience in caring for children between the ages of 0 to 4 with the ability to adapt and interact with a variety of personalities.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Be in good health, with the ability to bend, stoop, lift, and physically take care of children.
- Satisfactory completion of a background check.
- Satisfactory completion of CPR training for infants and children within three months of employment.
- Must adhere to First Baptist Church Child Protection Policy Guidelines.
- Must provide three references.
