We have been notified that Boerne ISD has cancelled classes the week of March 16th. As we developed our emergency plan for COVID-19, this cancellation moves us to Tier 2 conditions.
What that means to you is this:
Sunday, March 15
Worship Services: We will have two worship services at 8:30 am and 11:00 am. Should you choose to stay home, the 8:30 am service will be streamed live through our Facebook page.
Childcare: Available for children 4 and under during both services.
Growth Groups: Cancelled.
Both buildings will be sanitized between services.
Week of March 15-21
No midweek activities.
All schools on campus are closed for the week.
At this time, the Lock In for the 4th and 5th graders has been postponed until a later date.
These changes are for this week only. The staff will be evaluating the changing landscape of COVID-19 precautions during the week and we will communicate those changes to you as they occur.
